By paying the deposit you have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions and Consent.

Terms And Conditions:

A condition of boarding is that your pet is in fit, healthy and good condition. Maggie's Kitties will refuse and return pet that shows signs of ill health.

Upon check in, you pay the remaining balance and leave your pet/s with Maggie at the entrance. You are not allowed to enter the premises.

All cats must have up to date vaccination against Feline Panleukopenia, Feline Calicivirus and Feline Herpesvirus. A valid vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival.

All cats are covered whilst staying at Maggie’s Kitties for veterinary fees, accidents, and illness up to the value of £1500. This cover excludes pre-existing conditions prior to boarding.

All pets must be transported to Maggie’s Kitties in a secure carrier.

Maggie’s Kitties opens from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. Out of hours drop off and collection are at the discretion of Maggie and will incur a £50 charge.

Maggie's Kitties does not administer any medication.

Maggie's Kitties will separate a family of pets that are together within one unit if required (e.g. they fight).

All prices are per day and Maggie's Kitties charges for the day in and the day out.

There is no discount if you bring your own material (e.g. food).

The £50 deposit is not refundable.

Minimum charge throughout the year is 3 days.

If you collect your pet before the end of the period for which your pet is booked, the full period is charged.

Maggie’s Kitties accepts no liability for the illness, lost or death of the pets during the stay.

If the pet is not collected after 7 days of the check-out date, with no communication from the owner or emergency contact, Maggie’s Kitties will rehome the pet.

Pictures and videos of your pet/s may be used on Maggie's Kitties' social media.

Consent:

I agreed that in the case of suspected illness, a vet may be contacted and my pet/s' illness to be investigated if required (including blood tests, x-rays etc.). Maggie’s Kitties will administer any prescribed treatments given by vet. I understand that the tests and treatment given will be at my own expense.

I give permission of worm/flea treatment to be given as necessary. I understand that the treatment given will be at my own expense.

I also give consent for euthanasia should this be recommended on humane grounds by the vet caring for my pet/s, in consultation with my own vet and/or named emergency contact.
